I got looking at the cop cars. Cheap Hemi Chargers, and cheaper P71s. Like $5k for a 5 year old car. Crazy.

Definitely get those checked out before buying. As someone with... experience... with govt vehicles and their drivers, it’s very often a case of “not my car, not my problem”. May look new, may also be perfectly fine, but just be careful :)

I'd be willing to take a chance on it at that price. Mileage is low enough that even if it was ridden hard and put up wet you could still get 200K more miles out of it.
